Point Blank — Bringing Authentic Content Never Before Seen In The Rsps Scene To Life

Point Blank is an ambitious RuneScape private server project aiming to deliver a 1:1 recreation of RuneScape as it existed in 2009, while also incorporating additional content, features, and quality-of-life improvements from other RuneScape revisions, including OSRS.

Unlike projects built upon existing 2009 server frameworks, Point Blank is being developed independently from the ground up, starting with a 317 Project Insanity server base and a 474 client, now loading 530+ revision data alongside assets from other revisions. We are NOT using 2009Scape as our server base or game framework.

Our primary goal is to faithfully recreate the 2009 RuneScape experience, including its original quests, skills, combat mechanics, NPCs, dialogue, world interactions, minigames, and distractions and diversions.

This includes iconic content such as Stealing Creation, Fist of Guthix, Balthazar's Big Top Bonanza, classic quests, bosses, PvP activities, and much more.

Beyond the original 2009 experience, we plan to expand the game with carefully selected content from other revisions, including OSRS features, interface improvements, and modern quality-of-life additions, while maintaining the nostalgic atmosphere and gameplay that made RuneScape in 2009 special.

Point Blank is currently in active development and has NOT been publicly released. We're continuously developing and integrating gameplay systems, expanding content, and improving stability as we work toward release.
