RuneRank is an independent RSPS toplist and discovery platform where players find, compare and vote for RuneScape Private Servers. It also offers monthly RSPS rankings, a community events calendar, server levels and progression, a Content Creator showcase and advertising.

Yes. Players can browse, compare and vote for servers for free. Server owners can create a free listing and compete in the voting rankings without buying Premium or advertising.

RuneRank gives players one place to discover servers, read listings and visit server websites or Discord communities. Owners can add optional Premium presentation, advertising and event promotion for more exposure. RuneRank provides discovery and promotion opportunities; it does not guarantee new players.

No. RuneRank is an independent community platform and is not owned, operated, endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex. RuneRank also does not operate the third-party servers it lists.

RuneRank was founded and is independently operated by Tyler Messer and Biggs.

Sign in with Discord or email, then open Add Server and fill in your server's name, description, website, Discord, connection details, icon and banner. Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. You can edit them any time from My Servers.

The monthly rankings are ordered by legitimate community votes received during the current month. Votes go through anti-cheat checks, and Premium or advertising never buys votes or raises a server's ranking score.

Each player can vote for each server once every 12 hours. Every vote requires a fresh human verification check, and the cooldown is enforced on RuneRank's servers, not in your browser. Failed vote attempts do not start a cooldown, and vote buttons show a countdown until you can vote again.

The monthly leaderboard resets at the start of each month (UTC). Lifetime vote history is kept, and a server's level and XP carry over between months; they are not reset with the leaderboard.

Every listing has a level from 1 to 99 based on experience (XP). Servers earn XP through verified activity such as community votes and confirmed online uptime. Levels reward real participation and listing activity, unlock milestone badges and Spotlight credits, and cannot be bought. Levels do not change the voting rankings.

Community Spotlight is a featured area on the homepage. Servers earn Spotlight credits through progression milestones and verified uptime. By default a credit is activated automatically when the server is eligible; owners can switch to manual activation. Cooldowns apply so Spotlight rotates fairly.

RuneRank checks each listing's hostname and port on a regular schedule and shows the latest result. Accuracy depends on the connection details the owner supplies and on the server accepting connections. Private, local and internal addresses are blocked.

Premium is an optional paid upgrade focused on presentation and visibility: a Premium badge, a highlighted listing in your chosen color, images in your full description, extra screenshots, advanced analytics and Premium Servers exposure.

No. Premium does not add bonus votes or improve a server's position in the monthly voting rankings.

Up to four servers appear in the Premium Servers block at a time. Each active Premium server receives scheduled placement on seven days every month, and newly upgraded Premium servers are shown first. When more servers are eligible than there are slots, the slots rotate. Premium Servers placement does not change rankings.

Yes. The Advertise page lists every ad placement with its price and real availability, and you can book online without contacting staff.

Public, aggregate statistics are on the Statistics page: unique visitors, visits, page views, returning visitors, verified votes, active servers and registered users for the last 7 days, 30 days or all time. Known bots and instant duplicate page views are excluded where possible; no individual visitor data is shown.

The events calendar helps players find upcoming RSPS giveaways, competitions, server launches and in-game events across participating communities. Upcoming server launches and active RuneRank giveaways are added automatically.

Owners can submit events on the website from Manage Events, or through the Events API using a personal key (see the Events API docs). A Discord bot command for submitting events is being tested and may not be available yet.

The Content Creator showcase lets players discover RSPS YouTubers and other approved creators, with profiles and playable videos.

Yes. Link your Discord account, then apply with at least four public YouTube videos. Approved creators get a public profile with embedded videos, and new public videos are added to the showcase automatically. Staff may review, suspend or remove profiles.
